I am working on some merchandising for the band PARMALEE. Here is one of my favorites so far. They came to me wanting a symbol with the letter "P" with an american flare. After countless attempts this was the final result. It ended up having a very military look to it. This is not their logo, it is simply a promotional icon. I think this will look unbelievable on a drum head.

It's based on the eine meine minie moe, concept and the everyday choices we make, including which urinal to use. Simplification was the theme behind this one. Please leave constructive critisism. Sales Support Guide

Just finished the cover for progress lighting's sales support guide. The photo is courtesy of shutterstock. Then a color adjustment layer and a layer mask was applied. Added a selective blur. And the font is Scala Sans (progress' go to font). The sales support guide includes brand standards, contact info, a whole bunch of other crap that is of no interest to me. My intention for this cover keeps in reference to the progress color scheme while taking the metaphorical approach of the guide itself. A buch of pieces that come together to make on company.

Swatch Watch

Remember swatch watches!! Those things were badass back in the day. Here is a little info about printing black. If you add 25% more cyan and magenta to a black color swatch it will print out richer than nornal black. It uses more ink but makes for a better print. Tune in next time for more swatch watch.
